Data Retention
Submission data is retained for the duration of the account relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter to support audit continuity and historical trend analysis. Users may request data deletion subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Certificate Verification Data
VSS Certificates contain a public verification identifier and grade summary. Certificate verification data is publicly accessible to enable third-party verification of assessment authenticity. Underlying submission data is not disclosed through the verification process.
Security & Storage
All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Platform infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud services with appropriate certifications. Access to submission data is restricted to authorized personnel and automated scoring systems.
