Model Registry
Transparency and governance documentation for VSS scoring model
Model Version
Current active scoring model
SaaS-specific stability assessment model with 32 signals across 5 pillars
Pillar Weights
Contribution of each pillar to VSS score (sum = 100%)
MPI Coefficients
Asymmetric adjustment for multiple pressure index
Compression Coefficient
x
Applied when MPI is negative (fragility bias)
Expansion Coefficient
x
Applied when MPI is positive (strength bias)
Grade Scale
VSS score to letter grade mapping
| Grade | Minimum Score | Interpretation |
|---|
VSS Grades represent structural durability classifications under the VSS model framework and are not credit ratings.
Benchmark Eligibility Rules
Minimum Cohort Size
At least eligible peers required for percentile calculation
Confidence Threshold
Confidence score must be 70+ to participate in benchmark
Self-Declared Verification
Self-declared submissions require confidence 85+ for benchmark inclusion
Integrity Gate
Severity 4+ integrity flags block benchmark inclusion until resolved
Confidence Tiers
High completeness, verified data, consistent signals
Good coverage with verified source data
Moderate coverage, may require additional verification
Insufficient data for reliable assessment
Disclosure
This model is provided for decision-support purposes and reflects stability signals based on submitted inputs and verification status. It is not a substitute for financial due diligence, audit review, or legal advice.
Benchmark percentiles are gated by cohort size and integrity rules. When thresholds are not met or integrity gates trigger, benchmark positioning is withheld to preserve statistical reliability and prevent gaming.
Model parameters, weights, and coefficients are versioned and auditable. Changes to the model are tracked and disclosed in the model audit log.
